Refund and Return Policy
Returns
Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items once 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, go to My Account, then Orders. Find the order you want to cancel/return, then click on Cancel Request. Enter a detailed reason and click on Confirm Cancellation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.
Sale Items
Within 30 days, sale items can be refunded as well.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please go to your account and follow the steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to the recipient.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser shipped it to themselves to give later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be notified about the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
We handle return shipping for all items, and it’s completely free! If you need to return a product, simply follow our return process, and we’ll take care of the rest at no cost to you.
