Refund and Return Policy
To help us process your cancellation, return, or refund smoothly, please make sure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Returns
Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
To Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, go to My Account, then Orders. Find the order you want to cancel/return, then click on Cancel Request. Enter a detailed reason and click on Confirm Cancellation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your payment provider — such as your bank, credit card company, or digital wallet. Processing times may vary.
If you’ve confirmed with them and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Within 30 days, sale items can be refunded as well.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please cancel your existing order and place a new order for the desired product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to the recipient.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser shipped it to themselves to give later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be notified about the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product:
- Cancel your order: Log in to your My Account page and cancel the order.
- Check your email: Once the order is canceled, you will receive an email containing the return shipping address.
- Return your goods: Send the product to the provided address.
